I was contacted by a research and development team at the University of Utah. They are creating a high-tech recycling machine. That is a
bout as in-depth as I can get into to protect their interest. But I will tell you my set up and what equipment I used to get the job done in this industrial video shoot.
Behind the Shot
I did a fast set up using a Panasonic Gh4 and Canon 5D MkIII. I used my battery powered LED lights. It made the movement fast and easy. We scheduled the shoot to be 1 half day with a mixture of interviews and shots of the process. The shoot went extremely smooth with not any problems. The process they created is very intriguing and wasn’t hard for me to get all the needed angles and shots to create a polished product. This reminds me of the other industrial video shoot that was extremely challenging that involved Toyo tire.
